An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our NBL Team. This role is based in Port Elizabeth and will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Control the provision and payment of Co-Op/Advertising, Rebates, Agents Commission and Warehouse allowances
  • Reconcile the general ledger for these accounts and liaise with auditors
  • Report on spend/performance at various levels Liaise with debtors and process credits for deducted claims
  • Compile a monthly pack report of sales performance
  • Compile Customer Reviews on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Basis
  • Various reports and analysis as requested by sales management
  • Compile and update the Customer Managers Adhoc spend reports on a monthly basis
  • Liaise with Customer Managers on Adhoc spend reports on a monthly basis

Experience Required

  • A minimum of 5 years Sales Administration experience gained in a FMCG environment is essential
  • Sound SAP proficiency essential

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accounting
  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping or Finance would be highly advantageous

Knowledge Required

  • Computer literacy (MS Office) – With Advanced Excel Abilities
  • Powerplay
  • Strong Numerical ability
