Job Description RCL FOODS is Looking for a young professional to Join our fantastic Customer team! An organised individual, passionate about sales that will provide effective support to the Customer team through accurate checking of deals, processing of claims and rebates and to provide a sales information service to the business. Minimum Requirements Matric/Grade 12 Senior Certificate Completed/Studying towards Administration, Sales and Marketing Diploma/Certificate or equivalent 3 year Diploma. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel/Powerpoint Durban Based
Duties & Responsibilities Pricing and Deals Timely capturing & maintenance of all list prices and promotional deals across relevant categories Respond & resolve all queries/issues in a timely manner Assist the NAM with Price Increase admin & execution Claim Management Pricing Claims Management Ad Hoc/Addendum Budget & Claims Management Rebate & Other Claims Management General Category Admin & Support Weekly maintenance of Promotional Grids for all relevant categories File and safeguard records within area of responsibility Prepare tracking documents, sales/business reviews & meeting prep as requested Assist NAM Assistant and NAM with IRI data & reporting Respond to ad hoc customer requests for information Assist the NAM with all NPD and Category Drive admin & execution Team Co-Ordination & Admin Stationery orders and safeguarding Complete Credit Card recons for NAMs and Channel Exec Team Sample Stock orders and management Co-ordinate team meetings & venue booking requirements All other IT & ad hoc admin requests KPIs 100% Accuracy Timeliness – meet all deadlines and manage allocated tasks in appropriate timeframe Customer query resolution speed between 24 and 48 hours All pricing claims and workflows to be resolved within 60 days
