Position: Secretary
Department: Finance
Division: Expenditure Management
Salary: R241 332 to R331 032per annum (plus benefits)
Core Responsibilities:
- Render a comprehensive and specialized secretarial, administrative and telephone / reception function to the Divisional Head: Expenditure Management
- Perform secretarial and receptionist duties for the Divisional Head to manage and support the office of the Divisional Head
- Implement governance and risk management to ensure compliance with legislation, policies and procedures
- Ensure financial processes to adhere to specified standards
- Maintain customer service orientation to maintain professional interaction with stakeholders at all times
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Secretarial (DipAdm) or relevant equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Telephone etiquette
- Office management skills
- Computer literacy
- Communication skills
