REPORTING TO: Fish Shop Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Client Service
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
• Establish or identify prices, goods, services or admission, or optical price scanners
• Deal with customers complaints and provide information on policies and procedures
• Willing to work overtime
• Liaise with internal as well as external clients
• Should be able to work in a team
• Cashier duties from time to time
• Stacking of fish products, stock control of fresh, frozen and smoked products
• Deal with incoming stock and do filleting on fresh products
REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS and COMPETENCIES:
• Grade 12
• Good process and product knowledge
• Ability to function independently and work under pressure
• Must have the ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Be pro-active and customer services orientated
• Self-motivated
