Skills Development Facilitator

In this role, you’ll work within a New Hire team to onboard and train Drivers and Shoppers. You will
assist with on the ground sourcing of new drivers. You will ensure that the New Hires are competent in
associate retail environments, products, and are aligned to OneCart base camp’s customer obsessive
nature! You will collaborate with the Recruiters, HRBPs, and Ops projects teams to ensure delivery of
efficient, effective, quality driven, seamless training and onboarding of New Hires.
Key Responsibilities:
 Facilitate training for drivers and shoppers.
 Design and deliver innovative, integrated, and engaging development programs that address key
development areas for the organizations we support
 Secure training venues
 Ensure all admin related to training is completed i.e. registers, any other data required by
internal stakeholders, etc.
 Assist with on the sourcing of delivery drivers.
 Verify driver compliance.
 Be a key role player in the L&D strategy and designing training curriculum and roll out the
 Continuously look for organization wide leverage that will help OC focus on high impact L&D
 Drive ownership for the design and deployment of all training materials and plans.
 Monitor recent practices in the virtual learning landscape to identify opportunities to leverage
innovative technology-based learning.
 Induction of New Hires at base camp.

Skills and Qualifications
 Training/ HR related qualification – SDF certification ideal.
 Minimum 2 years facilitation experience.
 Great communication skills – written and verbal.
 Must have attention to detail and be able to meet deadlines – be able to successfully coordinate,
prioritize your time.
