Job description

• The storeman must ensure that an order is picked accompanied by the shop invoice
• The storeman must pay attention to detail when picking orders for various business units accompanied by the shop invoice
• All orders picked in the store room must be delivered by the storeman to the client – clients must sign invoice to confirm.
• All orders to be couriered must be delivered to the mail room accompanied by all the necessary paperwork – Invoice –
• Waybill etc.
• The storeman is responsible for returning all
• RTM stock (Return-To-Manufacturer) this is stock / products of poor quality and
• Write off stock this is damaged or broken stock / products to the Warehouse for the Head office Stock Manager’s attention.
• All of the above items are to be accompanied with a RTM slip or Write-Off slip with all the necessary details completed.
• Before the RTM and Write-off stock is returned to the Warehouse Line Manger to sign off.
• Ensure the shop stock level requirements are maintained, i.e. The right stock at the right time, correct stock levels maintained and all stock items available for selling in the shop.
• Manage the re-order levels of all stock items on Evolution for the Big H and Warehouse.

• Matric certificate
• MS Office proficient
• To be able to work under pressure
• To be able to work as a team
