Supervisor Counting House Kokstad

 

Reporting to the Branch Manager

 

The above positions is vacant at Kokstad, reporting to the Branch Manager and Cash Pro Regional Manager.

The overall purpose of this position is to maintain the entire daily operation of the branch and to ensure all deposits has been processed, staff is managed as per contractual agreement between the parties and daily report submitted accurate timelessly.

 

 

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)

Must be able to function in a stress full environment with daily challenges

Excellent people management skills

Excellent time management skills

 

 

 

Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):

Treasury balancing

Float checks

Management of staff members

Accepting overall responsibility for the centre and its performance

Time and attendance

Daily stock control, submissions

Daily operational requirements

Queries

Any instruction given by management
