Produce, update and provide best practice support on MS documents, databases and other departmental systems to support the work of more senior colleagues. Co-ordinate and manage the administration function for the Head of the Department and as well as the department’s employees. Collect invoices from suppliers and/or business daily to ensure authorization thereof. Accurately record and administer invoices to ensure payment is made timeously. Ensure operational planning and organizing within the administrative function within the department.

Grade 12 or a equivalent SAQA accredited qualification (Essential);
Diploma/Certification in Administration (Advantageous)

Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA)** competency requirements: FAIS recognized qualifications / Regulatory Examinations / Class of Business Certification and / or CPD according to your DOFA (where applicable) – As a registered Financial Service Provider, we are mandated to ensure that all our representatives are always and remain fit and proper at all times.
