The primary role of this position is to perform different administrative and
technical activities that help support the overall goal of the CoLab. The incumbent
will provide administrative assistance (general admin & research support) and
technical support (software installation, website support and IT training) for the
CoLab.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• M+4 Advanced Diploma in IT or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the IT field or in a related area.
• Proven Admin and IT support experience.
• Supply Management Inventory Control.
• Office Administration Procedures.
• Perform any other duties as delegated by the Line Manager.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Technical Support.
• Office Management.
• Internal & External Liaison.
• Travel Management.
• Facilitate training sessions.
• Document creation & Record keeping.
• Basic bookkeeping.

• Proven Admin and IT support experience.
• Proficiency with computer programs, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, and
database systems.
