ROLE SUMMARY
To manage the flow of day to day works in the Technical and Clinical Engineering departments. The Technical
Services Clerk also assists the Technical Manager with administrative functions relating to the department.
KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
 Interaction between Technical Department, Clinical Engineering and the rest of the facility.
 Operating the “MyMarket” system – obtain quotes, process invoices and statements.
 Operating the SAP system
 Managing the flow of day to day work in the Technical and Clinical Engineering departments.
 Assisting the Technical Manager with administrative functions relating to the department.
 Financial month end reporting.
SKILLS PROFILE
EDUCATION
 N3 Technical qualification with Mathematics and Science OR Technical Matric with Mathematicts and
Science
 Computer literacy is essential
WORK EXPERIENCE
 Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar position with a proven track record.
 Computer literate – SAP system would be advantageous
