Our client is seeking an experienced Telesales Assistant with a Sales and Marketing background that will form an integral part of the sales team. The successful candidate will be required to deal with a variety of matters pertaining to sales of products, as well as other receptionist duties.

Salary : Market related
Type : Permanent

A drivers licence and own transport is essential.

Responsibilities :
**Previous experience in Telesales is a requirement
• Answering the telephone
• Taking customers orders
• Loading customer accounts onto a computer system
• Assisting customers at the office, and ensuring that they are assisted promptly and advised correctly
• Maintain contact with dealers and distributors
• Work to maintain and build relationships with existing client base
• Handle customer complaints promptly
• Maintain customer accounts and ensure prompt payment of outstanding invoices
• Communicate customer needs and additional requirements with managers
• Provide recommendations to management for the development of products and the maximization of profits
• Various other admin duties
