Target driven individual who is customer focused and has the ability to grow and develop solid customer relationships is required to join leading Food group.
This assertive, self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills) will be responsible for:
Taking sales orders over the phone
Maintaining good customer relationship
Ensuring that your daily call lists are completed on time
Ensuring that your sales targets (daily, weekly and monthly) are met
Taking Sales Orders from customers and ensuring that they are accurate
Ensuring that customer orders are processed in an accurate manner
Keeping records of calls and sales and note useful information
Handling customer queries and all correspondence
Telephonic sales as per sales promotions to reach sales targets
Calling on existing clients to follow up on new orders
Managing and building relationships with existing clients
Ensuring all orders and deliveries on running smoothly
General Office Administration
Qualification & Experience required
Relevant qualification (Diploma in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus)
Pastel or Syspro knowledge would be advantageous
At least 2 years’ experience in a Sales environment, within the FMCG industry.
Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office
Must be professional and well spoken
Must have good interpersonal skills and relate well with people
Good mathematical/numeracy skills.
Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
Must have Strong negotiation skills.
Must be a Team player, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
Must be goal-oriented and must have a deep knowledge of customer service best practices
Good administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
