1 2021-04-15(YYYY-MM-DD) Walk-In Consultant: Cashier:Pretoria,R 170 311 basic salary p/a plus benefits: Requirements: Grade 12 and a recognized Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent coupled with least a minimum of 1 year experience in Office Administration environment and 1 year experience as a cashier ● Computer literate. Recognition of Prior Leaning (RPL) and applicable knowledge and experience on the Job may be considered during the selection process. Essential criteria: Knowledge of Microsoft Office ● Experience of Compiere ● Knowledge of PSiRA Act / Registration requirement ● Fast and accurate typing skills, MS packages, customer relations, communication skills, problem solving and good interpersonal relations skills. Key performance areas: Collection of registration fee and any other fees due to PSiRA ● Issue receipts (electronic or manual) for all cash receipts ● Safeguard cash received and prevent unauthorised access to the cash box (cash box and safe keys to be in Cashier?s possession at all times) ● Capture manual receipts, reconcile and submit all cash receipt confirmation/verification ● Renewal applications ● Certificates / ID cards printing for individuals and business applications ● Assist and attend to enquiries from the client?s regarding PSiRA?s registration processes ● Conduct mobile renewals ? off site ● Client services ? help desk ● Taking fingerprints and assist clients in completion of the applications forms ● Do various projects in relation to registration ● Document management (electronically, assist with document retrieval, organise storeroom, filing of documents and processing, re-organising of boxes, storage and typing of letters, scanning of photos and documents) ● Perform all other administration tasks that are related to this function
